There’s still time!

To enter the contest I mentioned in my blog 2 weeks ago.

November 21st is in 6 days, but you can still enter to win a free, signed copy of Under a God-Made Mountain if you send a message to hallwaytoelsewhere@gmail.com with the subject line “Take me to the mountain” and your name and address in the body of the email.

I’ll choose one random winner and send it their way as a big thank you for following me into Elsewhere and joining this journey into the mountain.

As mentioned in the previous blog, I need to limit this contest to folks with a U.S. address due to the crazy shipping costs these days, but if you’re based outside of the U.S. and still want to shoot me a message I’ll try to send you something else.

There’s also still plenty of time to pre-order UAGMM and get it into your hungry paws the exact moment it goes live on 11/21.

It’s only 99c on Amazon and is anxiously waiting for you to take it to your reading device of choice.

I’ve been up to some other stuff too besides trying to get the word out about Under a God-Made Mountain.

I’m officially done with the second pass of Stone of the Scarred, my sequel in the Scarred World Saga, and while there’s still more to do with it, and I won’t finalize it until I’m done with the other two books as I want to make sure there’s continuity throughout, but it still feels good.

It also means that part 3 of the series will begin shortly.  Stay tuned here and on my Instagram to hear more as it comes out.

I also have a confession to make. I’m struggling my darndest not to start something new…

I’ve got an idea for a stand-alone story that I can’t stop thinking about.

But I need to resist, or at least only get to it once my other stories/work have been completed. I’ve committed to finishing Scarred and then the Dragod trilogy, no matter how hard it is.

Maybe I’ll work on it as a brief break between stories, as sometimes I find there’s nothing better for momentum than diving into a new world.

Alright. That’s it for now, Fellow Creatures! A couple of quick updates and a reminder to shoot me a message to enter into the contest!

November 21st is on the horizon!

Stay sweaty,

-Jeff
